Introducing 3D Hawaii 2.0 — faster, sleeker, deeper exploration of the Hawaiian Islands
Monday, March 28, 2011
The staff of 3D Travel, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of 3D Hawaii 2.0, with faster speeds through the 3D landscape and an all-new navigation bar and search capabilities to guide you through the deep, rich content of the world's first 3D travel-planning website.
The navigation bar that anchors every location puts all the ways to explore that location in one place — page through content tabs on the location, then hit the nav bar for photos, video, 3D tours, street views and directions for Hawaii's most popular hotels, activities and attractions.
Glance at the search results column on your left for Hawaii locations related to the one you selected and explore further. Then jump to a neighbor island and fly deeper.
Regular users of the site will be impressed with the rendering speeds and concentrated features of 2.0. You can still book Hawaii's finest hotels and exciting activities through the site. Each island features "Where to Stay" and "Activities & Attractions" pages with bookable destinations in our top-bar content.
As with the old site, you will need the Google Earth plug-in to view Hawaii in 3D. We'd love to hear from you about your experience with the site. If you have a moment, send us your feedback.
3D Private Label Portals
Our new 3d Private Label platform now makes this technology and content available tor clients through an annual license. The program provides you with the opportunity to create your own custom-branded 3D portal; you can also tailor the content and listings to fit your individual business needs.
Stay tuned for the launch of the new Hilton Hawaiian Village 3D Private Label Portal in April.
