Izuka graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis in Marketing, and a Certification of Achievement (minor degree) in French Language and Literature. Arnold Paradeza![]() As Senior Designer, Arnold Paradeza will take the lead on the look of TVV's 3D destination portals. Paradeza brings 11 years of graphic design experience, including print, broadcast, signage and web design. He has worked for The Schiller Group, The AdWorks and The Harris Agency for clients such as Foodland, AT&T, Castle & Cooke, Burger King, Aloha United Way and Papa John's. He moved to Team Vision in 2006, where his clients included Paradise Cove, the Hawaii State Federal Credit Union and Hospice Hawaii, and he designed the user interface for the premiere 3D platform, 3DHawaii.com. Jussi Sipola
As Director of Engineering, Jussi Sipola will work closely with TVV CTO Paul Onnen
to plan the future direction of the 3D technology platform, while
collaborating with team members to assess and recommend technologies
that support the company's needs. Sipola brings extensive, versatile software development and project management skills and experience to TVV, with more than 20 years of building, developing and launching high quality software applications for organizations ranging from software start-ups to large organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Bank of America, Cendant and the City and County of Honolulu. At Hawaii's early
Internet pioneer WorldPoint, Sipola was elemental
in designing and bringing to market the world's first on-demand human
translation procurement application. Working for Fidelity National
Financial, Sipola co-designed and co-implemented an innovative real
estate and mortgage lead management application used by Bank of America,
Prudential and RE/MAX. Sipola
oversaw the growth of this Web-based application from 2,000 to more than
10,000 agents. Most recently, in his job at at CGI, Sipola led
the development of the automation of the new payroll system for the
City and County of Honolulu. Sipola studied Philosophy in the University of Helsinki in Finland and he has a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Information Systems, both from Hawaii Pacific University.
