Bill Mills

Bill Mills is Chairman of The Mills Group and has a 25-year proven track record in real estate, finance, and diversified investments. Over this period he has acquired, developed and invested over $2 billion in strategic properties and outside investments. Mr. Mills moved to Hawaii in 1986 to serve as Chairman of Oceanic Properties/Castle & Cooke Land. He was able to reposition the company's residential and commercial development operations, as well as plan, design and open two world-class resorts on the private island of Lanai. His experience provides an invaluable voice for 3D Travel, Inc.

In addition to real estate and finance, Mr. Mills has been an active investor and advisor. Diversified investments include Grace Pacific Corporation , Mid Pac Petroleum , DM Technologies, E*Global Finance and BBiTV. Mr. Mills serves on the Board of Directors of Grace Pacific Corporation, Mid Pac Petroleum, Iolani School and Hawaii Pacific University.
